Speed and load capacity
Mine explosion-proof tires, mostly used in medium and heavy duty trucks, the conventional speed class is usually L (120km/h) or lower (such as K class 110km/h). The maximum load of a single tire is about 3.55 tons (corresponding to the load index of 3550kg), and the tire design of 18PR (level) enhances the structural strength, and the theoretical load capacity of a single tire can reach 10-20 tons

High load capacity requirement: The 18 level design enables a single tire load capacity of over 3 tons, meeting the needs of standard or overloaded transportation.
Complex road conditions: The all steel tire body structure enhances its resistance to punctures, making it suitable for unpaved roads such as gravel and muddy roads.
Economy: Compared to vacuum tires of the same specifications, the initial purchase cost of the inner tube design is lower, but the inner tube airtightness needs to be checked regularly.
3.Precautions
1. Wheel rim matching: 20 inch wheels are required, and it is necessary to ensure that the edges of the wheels are not deformed or corroded to avoid air leakage.
2. Tire pressure management: It is recommended to have a tire pressure range of 2.5-3.0 bar (adjusted according to the vehicle's load). Insufficient tire pressure can easily lead to shoulder delamination.
3. Maintenance suggestion: Regularly check the wear of inner tubes and pads to avoid the risk of tire blowouts caused by aging inner tubes.
